参观地点简介 Introduction to Cooperative Visits

This tour provides a unique look into Shanghai’s vibrant and historic retail landscape, showcasing successful models of specialty food marketing and distribution.

上海三阳南货店 (Shanghai Sanyang Southern Goods Store)

Established in 1870, the Sanyang Southern Goods Store is a prestigious “time-honored brand” of Shanghai. It specializes in high-quality southern Chinese delicacies, particularly Ningbo-style preserved foods, cured meats, and premium nuts. The store offers a fascinating glimpse into traditional Chinese commerce and demonstrates a successful model for the marketing and preservation of high-value, regionally-sourced agricultural products. It stands as a testament to building a brand identity that has thrived for over 150 years.

上海全国土特产食品商场 (Shanghai National Specialty Food Store)

A landmark retail destination on the bustling Nanjing Road, the Shanghai National Specialty Food Store is a comprehensive marketplace that gathers specialty food products from all across China. This visit provides an excellent case study in large-scale retail logistics, diverse supply chain management, and the branding of thousands of distinct agricultural products under one roof. It exemplifies how a central retail point can serve as a powerful marketing channel for producers and cooperatives from various regions.
