Section III: Launching & Signing Ceremony Rundown

1. Launching Ceremony for “China-Central Asia Agricultural Cooperation Acceleration Program”

  • Duration: Approx. 5 minutes
  • Objective: To open the ceremony by announcing a long-term service mechanism, setting a strategic tone for the event.
  • On-stage Personnel:
    • Launcher: Mr. Cong Shan (Director-General, ACFSMC)
    • Launcher: Representative from Kazakhstan
  • Procedure:
    1. Moderator invites the VIPs to the stage.
    2. VIPs place their hands on the designated area of the LED screen to trigger the launch.
    3. LED screen plays the launch animation, displaying core services: Market Access, Trade Promotion, Project Implementation.
    4. Moderator announces the program is officially launched; audience applauds.
    5. VIPs shake hands and pose for photos.

2. Signing Ceremony for “Central Asian Organic Food Counter” Project

  • Duration: Approx. 5 minutes
  • Objective: To showcase the first specific project implemented under the new cooperation program.
  • On-stage Personnel:
    • Signatory: Representative of China Co-op Commercial Trade Group Ltd.
    • Signatory: Representative from Kazakhstan
  • Procedure:
    1. Staff quickly arrange the signing table and chairs on stage.
    2. Moderator invites signatories to be seated.
    3. Parties sign the prepared agreements.
    4. Signatories stand, exchange agreement folders, and pose for photos.

3. Signing Ceremony for Trade Platform & Financial Services Framework Agreement

  • Duration: Approx. 5 minutes
  • Objective: To conclude the ceremony by highlighting key trade and financial support, boosting enterprise confidence.
  • On-stage Personnel:
    • Signatory: Representative of Ningbo Haitian Group
    • Signatory: Representative from Kazakhstan
    • Witness: Mr. Cong Shan (ACFSMC)
    • Witness: Mr. Aitmukhammed Aldazharov (Vice Minister)
    • Witness: Other selected VIPs (To be confirmed)
  • Procedure:
    1. Moderator invites signatories to be seated and witnesses to stand behind them.
    2. Parties sign the prepared framework agreements.
    3. Signatories stand, exchange agreement folders, and shake hands.
    4. All personnel on stage pose for a group photo; ceremony ends.

    • Podium Microphones: 2 units (1 main, 1 backup).
  • Audio System:
    • Handheld Wireless Microphones: Minimum 4 units (for moderators and Q&A).
    • Full-range Speakers: Ensuring clear audio coverage for the entire hall.

B2. Seating Arrangement (Total Capacity: Approx. 244)

  • VIP Row (Row 1):
    • Quantity: 8 persons (single sofas or premium armchairs).
    • Configuration: Includes side tables, bottled water, bilingual name plaques.
  • Guest Seating – Front Zone (Rows 1-2):
    • Quantity: 2 rows, 48 persons total.
    • Layout: 8 tables per row, 24 chairs (3 chairs/table).
    • Note: These 16 tables can be converted for the matchmaking session.
  • Guest Seating – Middle Zone (Rows 3-8):
    • Quantity: 6 rows, 144 persons total.
    • Layout: 24 chairs per row (theater style).
  • Guest Seating – Side Zone (Matchmaking Area):
    • Quantity: 11 tables, 44 persons total.
    • Layout: 11 tables, 44 chairs (4 chairs/table).
